Welcome to MixLock ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MixLock provides a platform for audio engineers and producers to securely deliver digital audio files to clients upon payment verification. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the secure transfer of files and payments.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the nature of digital goods (audio files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, unless otherwise required by law or at our sole discretion.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of the audio files you upload. By uploading content, you grant MixLock a license to store and facilitate the transfer of such content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
